Pirouette
Neo-bistro with traditional plates with a updated spin.
Very centrally located near the Centre Pompidou and Saint-Eustache church, this handsome neo-bistro offers very pretty plates, a decent wine list, and smiling, attentive service. Inside, a modern design of blonde wood is reflective of Nordic style. Prix fixe menus or a la carte in the evening and during the day, a recent meal featured a beautifully braised cod crowned with a gorgeous sprinkling of radishes, a truffled risotto, and a very tasty duckling with quince. Desserts included a slightly creamy rice pudding that can convert even non-believers.
