City Guide: Paris
Juveniles Wine Bar
A wine bar (and shop) that satisfies the desire for a glass, but makes it easy to stay when the dinner bell rings.
Though technically a wine bar that offers bottles for sale in the shop, it’s a great option for rustic pâté, French stews like Blanquette de Veau and veggie dishes like grilled mushrooms (ceps) with poached egg. This and more is served alongside a well-curated list of natural wines from France and beyond. And while the wine list is well-selected, there’s also Scotch, a nod to the owner’s father’s Scottish descent who was the original proprietor.
